Position Summary

The BDC Agent will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound phone calls to find different opportunities to generate leads/appointments and pursue recommendations. They will drive relationship building by performing ongoing and timely follow-up on all customers that have visited/purchased ensuring complete satisfaction. This position will handle inbound and outbound calls. They will have relationships with guests who have shown interest but haven't yet purchased. 

Job Role and Responsibility 

  • Ensures an optimal experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities with every customer by providing a professional, prompt, and friendly customer service in all customer contact situations, including when answering telephone calls, text messages,and emails.
  • Schedules appointments with interested guests. 
  • Tracks communication methods and appointments made per guest.
  • Maintains an ongoing guest database to capture repeat business for each communication made.
  • Works in a timely manner to schedule guest appointments. 
  • Communicate effectively with new and current customers by phone, email, or text to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on vehicles or services.
  • Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps up with technology and changes in the product
  • Uses company CRM tool effectivity and consistently to track all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with guests after their purchase.
  • Stays up to date on all training, certifications, new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to our guests.
  •  Direct source of laying the foundation for guest loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work Saturdays

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1 or more years of automotive experience is preferred.
