What You’ll Do

As a Collections & Account Services Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers to manage accounts, resolve delinquencies, and help bring accounts back into good standing—while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Contacting assigned accounts promptly to establish payment arrangements

  • Responding to customer calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner

  • Processing and documenting payments accurately

  • Following up on missed promises to pay

  • Escalating problem accounts to leadership as needed

  • Pursuing same-day payment arrangements when appropriate

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed account records (contact info, employment, payments, agreements)

  • Monitoring GPS data on assigned accounts

  • Creating accountability plans and holding customers to agreed-upon terms

  • Providing accurate account information to customers upon request

  • Supporting a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused team culture

  • Assisting with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of FDCPA requirements (including mail and text compliance)

  • Comfort using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

  • 3+ years of collections experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
