About the Role

This isn’t a “sit behind a desk and wait for the phone to ring” kind of job.

As a Commercial Fleet Account Manager, you’ll be out in the field building relationships, earning trust, and driving new business into our service operations. Your mission is simple: keep our shops full by developing strong fleet partnerships and delivering service solutions that customers can rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive New Business

  • Prospect and develop new fleet and commercial service accounts
  • Build relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and fleet operators
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and service reviews
  • Create tailored service solutions based on customer needs

Manage & Grow Accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

Partner with Operations

  • Work closely with Service Managers and Advisors to deliver on commitments
  • Communicate customer expectations clearly across departments
  • Help prioritize and coordinate fleet work for efficiency and turnaround

Support Growth Strategy

  • Track account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitive activity
  • Contribute ideas to expand our fleet and commercial footprint

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, account management, or automotive/commercial services
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close new business
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with dealership systems (DMS) is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (hours vary based on business needs)
  • Occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed
