About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Floater to support our classrooms in the afternoons.

This role is essential to keeping our classrooms running smoothly and meeting required child care staffing standards. As a floater, you’ll move between classrooms to provide coverage for breaks, transitions, and daily needs—supporting both children and teaching staff.

🕒 Schedule Options:

2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
or
3:00 PM – 6:15 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

Step into classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain proper staffing ratios
Provide attentive, safe, and caring supervision for children of various age groups
Assist with daily routines including playtime, transitions, snacks, and clean-up
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
Support classroom activities and jump in where help is needed

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working with children
Positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED required
PDIS Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
