What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the parts and service teams by assisting with estimates, sourcing parts, and meeting technician needs
  • Pull, stage, and deliver parts to ensure efficient service workflow and minimize downtime
  • Run parts between departments and perform local parts pickups as needed
  • Assist with parts returns, core processing, and warranty part handling
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the dealer management system
  • Help receive, stock, and organize parts inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized parts area
  • Support overall shop flow by delivering tools, parts, and supplies as needed
  • Assist with vehicle movement, lot organization, and basic cleanup
  • Provide shuttle support for customers when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, parts department, and company vehicles
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years automotive parts experience required

  • Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
