What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the parts and service teams by assisting with estimates, sourcing parts, and meeting technician needs
Pull, stage, and deliver parts to ensure efficient service workflow and minimize downtime
Run parts between departments and perform local parts pickups as needed
Assist with parts returns, core processing, and warranty part handling
Maintain accurate records and updates in the dealer management system
Help receive, stock, and organize parts inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized parts area
Support overall shop flow by delivering tools, parts, and supplies as needed
Assist with vehicle movement, lot organization, and basic cleanup
Provide shuttle support for customers when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, parts department, and company vehicles
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

What You Bring to the Team:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years automotive parts experience required
Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
