You'll build real relationships, gain in-depth product knowledge, and develop communication skills that will set you apart—whether you grow with us into sales, service, or leadership.


What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects with customers—answering questions, following up on visits, and helping set appointments that create opportunity and loyalty. Whether it's through a phone call, a text, or an email, you’ll play a vital role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and take calls (and texts/emails!) with warmth and professionalism

  • Set appointments with potential customers who’ve shown interest

  • Follow up with guests after visits or purchases to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain and track communication and appointments in our CRM system

  • Build rapport with guests to encourage future business

  • Stay up to date on training, products, services, and technology

  • Be a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Saturdays required—but Sundays are always off!


What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of automotive experience preferred (but not required)

  • A service-first attitude, great phone presence, and strong attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Drive to succeed—and a desire to grow into something bigger
