What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects with customers—answering questions, following up on visits, and helping set appointments that create opportunity and loyalty. Whether it's through a phone call, a text, or an email, you’ll play a vital role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and take calls (and texts/emails!) with warmth and professionalism
Set appointments with potential customers who’ve shown interest
Follow up with guests after visits or purchases to ensure satisfaction
Maintain and track communication and appointments in our CRM system
Build rapport with guests to encourage future business
Stay up to date on training, products, services, and technology
Be a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Saturdays required—but Sundays are always off!
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of automotive experience preferred (but not required)
A service-first attitude, great phone presence, and strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn
- Drive to succeed—and a desire to grow into something bigger
