What Would You Do? The right candidate is responsible for the efficient, productive, and safe operation of the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, and storage of materials. This role also involves the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of parts and equipment for the dealership. As a key liaison for parts sales, this individual supports customer satisfaction and assists outside sales in promoting the organization’s goods and services. The ideal candidate maintains a strong working knowledge of manual material handling methods and is committed to fostering a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

• Drives in a safe, courteous, and defensive manner.
• Pulls, verifies, and organizes parts for delivery to assure accuracy.
• Assists in organizing delivery route to be as efficient as possible.
• Assures vehicles are properly fueled, clean, and ready for transport or delivery.
• Assures parts/supplies are delivered to appropriate destination in proper time.
• Assists with daily warehouse operations including but not limited to shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading.
• Inspects all deliveries for damage and incorrect products with the highest attention to detail.
• Puts away all orders in their specific destinations based on part type and style.
• Prepares orders for shipment from the dealership.
• Verifies correct inventory counts on all products.
• Delivers hot shot orders as needed.
• Unpacks and checks in parts orders.
• Assures vehicles are properly secured.
• Helps keep a clean and orderly dock.
• Communicates professionally with customers at sites.
• Participates in yearly physical inventories.

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance, and be able to pass insurance guidelines for drivability.
• Valid class C or D driver’s license preferred.
• Must be able to drive long distances, and for several hours.
• Able to work with and understand route guiding and navigation software
