What Would You Do? The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of used vehicle management. They will assist in managing inventory reconditioning and delivery. This position coordinates and runs multiple facets of programs, events, and promotions for the dealership. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

Even Coordination

  • Coordinates all WCG Customer events including planning, setup, tear down, running of program with Asset Coordinator II
  • Decorates showroom and/or dealership each month for programs/promotions.
  • Assists GM and mangers in running all WCG events.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Asset Coordination
  • Coordinates sales lot to ensure all vehicles are properly displayed and include required items such as buyers’ guides, stock tags, and price boxes.
  • Completes monthly inventory counts for used cars.
  • Reviews sales lot appearance and coordinate any needed changes to keep sales lots fresh, clean, and appealing to our customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring all current trades and buy ins make it to lot walk every morning after the units have been stocked in as well as all keys in key track.
  • Assists in maintaining established recon time (arrival-lot).
  • Attends lot walks and sales meetings.
  • Assists in locating vehicles during audits.
  • Assist with co-op tracking and submitting.
  • Assists with delivery and pick up of used vehicles as needed.
  • Assists with facilitating used vehicle buy ins and consignments.

What is the necessary education & experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s in business or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in auto service/sales is required

  • Compensation is Hourly Non-Exempt: $18- $25 DOE.
