About your role: This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include disassemble of vehicles before repair and reassemble of vehicles after repair. They are responsible for providing fast, accurate, high-quality, efficient assemble. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

Disassemble assigned vehicles for discovery by blueprinters.
Assists blueprinters in review of disassembled vehicles during discovery.
Reassemble assigned vehicles after repair/paint has been completed.
Assists technicians and parts team in running parts to & from parts area/stalls.
Assists in making minor repairs to vehicles as needed.
Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
Assist in vehicle prep for bodywork and/or prepped for the customer once the job is completed as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

High School Degree or Equivalent
Auto Body Vo-Tech certified preferred
ASE certification desirable
3 years automotive body technician experience required.
Must have have tools.

What are the work hours?

Regular work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
The position is 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.

Hourly, Non-Exempt: $22-$26 hour DOE
