We’re looking for a Retail Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance—while never losing sight of the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for your team and the entire sales experience.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Work deals, close opportunities, and support your team in real time
  • Ensure all deals are clean, compliant, and ready for funding
  • Manage leads, pipeline activity, and daily sales performance
  • Maintain a clean, well-merchandised lot and strong online presence
  • Build a culture that reflects our values

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of automotive sales experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
  • Strong understanding of desking and deal structure
  • Experience managing sales people and sales operations
  • Ability to move fast, think clearly, and solve problems on the fly
  • A leadership style that builds trust and drives results

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $90,000 – $180,000+ annually (salary + commission)
