We’re looking for a Retail Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance—while never losing sight of the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for your team and the entire sales experience.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Work deals, close opportunities, and support your team in real time
Ensure all deals are clean, compliant, and ready for funding
Manage leads, pipeline activity, and daily sales performance
Maintain a clean, well-merchandised lot and strong online presence
Build a culture that reflects our values

What You Bring

5+ years of automotive sales experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Strong understanding of desking and deal structure
Experience managing sales people and sales operations
Ability to move fast, think clearly, and solve problems on the fly
A leadership style that builds trust and drives results

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $180,000+ annually (salary + commission)
