You will want to be willing to learn different strategies and be ready to put forth the effort to be skilled and intentional with your efforts.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

  • Ability to answer and make outbound calls in a upbeat and professional manner
  • Perform accurate data entry.
  • Provide a positive and helpful attitude toward team members.
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft, Excel, etc.
  • Schedules appointments with interested buyers, maintaining correct and complete documentation.
  • Contacts customers on several platforms and process including but not limited to phone calls, E-mail, text, instant message.
  • Communicates effectively with new and current customers by phone, email, and/or text message.
  • Handel general inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate person/place.
  • Must be punctual and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:  Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No late nights! Full and part time positions open, start immediately

Do you have the necessary education and experience?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years experience in hospitality or call center experience required
  • 1-3 years automotive experience preferred
