Now Hiring: Early Childhood Education Teachers (Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available!)

Are you a nurturing, imaginative, and dedicated educator who believes in the magic of early childhood development? We’re looking for passionate teachers to join our purpose-driven team where every day is an opportunity to inspire and be inspired.

Who We Are:
We are a non-profit, employer-based Early Childhood Education Center serving the families of the Yoder Family of Companies, first responders of the City of Greeley, and members of Journey Christian Church. Located in Greeley, CO, our center was built to reflect our faith-rooted mission: to provide high-quality care that supports working families in a safe, joyful, and developmentally rich environment.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a vital, hands-on role in the lives of our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers—guiding, caring for, and teaching them through play, exploration, and daily routines. You’ll create a classroom that fosters curiosity, confidence, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Leadership & Child Development

  • Foster a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels seen and celebrated.

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans that support emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

  • Observe, engage, and encourage children through structured activities and open-ended play.

  • Build trusting relationships with families and communicate regularly about each child’s progress, milestones, and needs.

  • Support children through transitions and routines with patience and consistency.

  • Monitor developmental and emotional concerns and collaborate with families and leadership as needed.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure full compliance with Colorado state childcare licensing regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records: attendance, incident reports, daily logs (using the Tadpoles app), and developmental portfolios.

  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols—including safe sleep practices, bottle labeling, and classroom cleanliness.

  • Actively participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • PDIS credential Level 2 or higher (or actively working toward it).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or group setting.

  • A heart for children, a team mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.

What We Offer:

  • A culture that cares – We’ve been voted one of Northern Colorado’s Best Places to Work for a reason!

  • Pay: $17.75 – $22.25/hour (based on experience and role)

  • Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

    • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays

    • 401(k) with employer contribution

    • Childcare discounts

    • Health, dental, vision, and pet insurance

    • Company discounts and employer-paid life insurance

For part-time roles, benefits are limited but childcare discounts and a supportive, faith-aligned team culture still apply!
